Westbrook Insurance was started out of the frustration I felt when working with folks and feeling handcuffed by what I was "allowed" to do for them. As an agent and registered rep. for some of the largest companies in the financial services industry, I knew I was not doing the right thing for them or me. In Jan.2009 I walked away from my registered practice and started this brokerage agency with just one goal. SERVE ONLY ONE MASTER!
I have no desire to grow so large that I do not know all of my clients when I bump into them. I am not interested in controlling X% of market share.
What I do want is what you see below where my clients offer their kind words for the only thing that I can personally provide them with: SERVICE!

I am a client of Keith's. He has worked diligently with me for the last year due to Social Security making mistakes in entering my data into their program. Keith and I met in Oct 2008 to ensure I had additional insurance to go with Medicare. He explained the differences in the various plans and I decided which one to go with. I was satisfied with my plan; however, when I made a change to my Medicare, not every piece of my information was entered correctly by Social Security. I lost my insurance. Keith and I met, talked, and he fought to get my insurance reinstated. He spent many hours on my behalf.
